Exclusively for Millard County artists, a call for entries is announced. This marks the 2nd such art show exclusively for Millard County artists to be held at the Old Capitol Arts and Living History Festival. The art show will be indoors and separate from the outdoor arts and crafts booths. The Old Capitol Arts and Living History Festival is held the weekend following Labor Day. |

Entry day is September 7, from 5pm to 7pm. Submissions are to be brought to the Territorial State House. The entry fee will be $5.00 per piece, limited to four pieces. The show is scheduled to run September 9 and September 10 from 10AM until 4pm. The show will be judged and cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded. Acceptable categories for this event will be two dimensional art and photography and 3 dimensional are (such as sculptures, potters, etc.) A special category will be scenes from Millard County. This will be a special category with a separate award structure. Artists must be residents or former residents of Millard County and the work completed within the last 5 years and must not have been entered in this show previously. should call Barbara Burris at 435-759-2636 or Terry Cummings at 435-743-6282 to receive the rules and entry forms by mail.
