10:00 Visit, pack up, head home

*Fair grounds are just east of Delta on Route 50
*All exhibitors come in the southwest entrance: unload, weigh, find a forklift
*After unloading, You'll be directed to trailer parking (fenced and locked)
*If you need and unloading dock, we'll have 2 (high and low); ask for directions.
*If you are not a current, up-to-date UAMA or EDGETA member (be sure to have your membership card with you please), we will collect $10/ exhibitor at the Exhibitors' Gate, issue you a receipt and temporary yellow card so you are covered by EDGETA's liability insurance immediately.
*After unloading, weighing, parking, please proceed to the Show Office (see map) to get registered, sign up for activities, tractor pull, meals, times available to work, etc.
*Gates will open at noon on Thurs. Sept. 18, 7:00 AM on Fri. and Sat. 
*T-shirts, hats, buttons will be available at the office.
*First Aid, communications center, general information on Delta will be available at the office. 
*Nominal amounts of gasoline and diesel will be available at the grounds (from one of our local suppliers) for tractors, engines, and exhibits.
*If you have swap meet or auction items, they can go to the indoor arena, small items inside, larger items outside on the south end.
*School children are scheduled to visit on Friday. Please share some information and history with them.
*Alternatives to tractors: quilting, tile-board pictures, scrap booking, stamping (Stampin' Up), floral arranging ~ see schedule.
*Roast Beef dinner Sat. night: $12/person, Sunday Breakfast Buffet: $7/person
*Friday night parade down Main Street is pending at press time.
*Other activities: Classic Car Show, Fri-Sun; Great Basin Museum, Fri. & Sat. Hale Jeffery's toy museum and antique tractors, Fri. & Sat.; Demolition Derby at fairgrounds, Sat. Night.
*Shuttle service to other events will be available.
